Time

2 Hours - $350
each additional hour - Add $100

Photographers

One photographer - Included
Photographer captures candid images throughout event and group shots. Can provide portable studio and lighting for portrait sittings during event at your request. Single photographer would alternate between sittings and candid event photos.

Two Photographers - Add $150
Having two photographers at your event guarantees you won't miss a thing. Have one dedicated to sittings with your guests while the other captures all the festivities. You can also choose to leave the portable studio behind and have both photographers covering your event.


Videography

Videography services are available and pricing varies based on the type of event you are having.

Images

USB Media Drive or Photo Disc (depending on the event) - Included
-includes all untouched images captured during your event-

Additional Copies of USB Media Drive or Photo Disc - Add $30 per copy

Add a DVD Photo Slide Show in HD - $50
Your photo slide show will include 20-30 of the best images from your event put to one full length song of your choice with
smooth transitions, customized video introductions & text and special effects. Chose to receive your slideshow as a DVD that can be played on any standard DVD player, as well as computers, BluRay players and other compatible devices or as a social media ready video file that is perfect for uploading to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and other platforms.

Add a second song to your DVD slide show and double it's images and length - $30

Included - Clients that request portrait sittings for their guests will be provided with a password protected, online viewing gallery with professionally enhanced images from their event approximately 7-10 business days from the date of the event. You can expect at least one image from each portrait sitting in your event's gallery. You may share the link and password to this gallery with friends and family. Prints and other photo gifts can be ordered from this gallery.

Upgrade to a downloadable viewing gallery to be able to save your images directly to your computer - $100
Collage Style Photo Book with Photographer's choice of 50+ of your event's best images - $100
Session Disc with all of the enhanced images from your gallery in full resolution - $150

Prints and other Photo gifts, such as calendars and photo books can be purchased.

Processing

Standard Processing - Included
Your event's USB media drive will be created for you in 7-10 business days.

72 Hour Processing - Add $200
Your event's USB media drive will be created for you in 72 hours from your completed session.

48 Hour Processing - Add $300
Your event's USB media drive will be created for you in 48 hours from your completed session.




All events require a $100 deposit to secure the date and time for your event coverage when scheduling.
You can make your deposit payment online at anytime by visiting our Payments page. 
Select Event deposit from the drop down menu before clicking the "Pay Now" button.
